USA (48 contiguous states): Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. All Continental U.S. orders pay $8.00 for UPS Ground shipping for any size order.

UPS Blue Label (two business days) is $16.00 for up to 4 lbs.

Red Label (overnight) is $34.00 for up to 4 lbs.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: Up to 5 lbs, $16.00 via USPS Global Express Mail.

International: All orders with some exceptions are shipped by USPS Global Express Mail for $35.00. If the shipment is over 5 lbs (2 kg) we will charge you the actual shipping fee we pay for US Post Global Express Mail service.

For larger international shipments, we usually use DHL but we will work with any shipper.

Shipping costs are estimated. If your order exceeds the maximum weights shown above or shipping is to an international location, the cost may vary from the amount shown at checkout — and so your grand total may vary. If we modify the total shown on your order, we will notify you by email.

Note: UPS will not ship to U.S. Postal Boxes. You must provide a physical address.

If you have any special shipping needs, please ask. We will be happy to work with you.

Over 98% of the items we sell are shipped within two working days and we ship over 99% of our orders within five working days. If you do not receive your package on time, we will provide your UPS tracking number.

We ship from San Clemente, California 92673. The weight of your package is the weight of the toner plus 1 lb (0.45 kg) for plastic accessories and other materials. The minimum box size is 6" x 6" x 10".

Cartridgerefill.com warrants each cartridge, toner or every item sold to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

If any cartridge, toner or other item is found to be defective Cartridgerefill.com will, at its option, replace the item or refund the full purchase price.

Cartridgerefill.com also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges, toners will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration, to any compatible printers, copiers or fax machines. If any defect in a Cartridgerefill.com product causes a printer, copier or fax machine to fail, Cartridgerefill.com will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the machine.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Cartridgerefill.com with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to the defect in our product, including written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective product is required. Any sign of tampering with the product will void this warranty.

Color Toners: Most generic toners are a close enough match for the originals, in a very few cases color dial adjustment might be necessary to achieve a close match. Cartridgerefill.com will not offer refunds based on minor color differences.

Returns: We urge you to consider your real needs before you place an order. Generally we do not take returns, but if we do we will charge you a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days for any reason. We will never give you a refund for a bottle of toner that has been opened since we will never sell or use that item again.

Cartridgerefill.com's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
